Everyday Ascend operates under the registered entity Everyday Ascend LLC.

1. General Information

Everyday Ascend LLC operates a print on demand retail brand. All items are produced after an order is placed. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including visitors, customers, vendors, partners, and contributors.

2. Product Representation

We work to display colors, materials, and product details as accurately as possible. Final product appearance may vary slightly due to screen differences, lighting, or print production processes. These minor variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.

3. Order Processing

Production begins shortly after an order is placed. Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept our made to order fulfillment process.

4. Pricing and Billing

Pricing may change at any time without notice. If a payment is declined or cannot be fully authorized, the order may be canceled.

Additional Klarna-specific rules:

Klarna cannot be used for services, consulting, or non-product transactions
Klarna cannot be used to purchase gift cards

All billing information must be accurate and complete.

5. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Because all items are custom printed, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Eligible replacement requests must follow the steps outlined in our Return and Replacement Policy.

Klarna Purchases

Customers who use Klarna have additional rights:

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery
Returned items must be unopened and unused
Free return postage is provided
Refunds are sent only to the original Klarna payment method
Refunds are issued within 14 business days after returned items are received and inspected

6. Shipping and Fulfillment

Everyday Ascend products are made to order.
Typical timelines:

Production time: 2 to 7 business days
Shipping time: 7 to 14 business days, depending on destination and carrier

Shipping time begins once production is completed.

Shipping estimates provided at checkout are not guaranteed.
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, designs, text, graphics, product names, and slogans on this website are the property of Everyday Ascend LLC.

Nothing may be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or modified without written permission.

8. Behavior and Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access for individuals who engage in:

Abusive or hostile behavior
Fraudulent activity
Chargeback misuse
Attempts to exploit policies or promotions

9. Third Party Services

Our store uses trusted third party systems, including Shopify, payment processors, analytics tools, and print on demand fulfillment partners.

We are not responsible for:

Delays or disruptions caused by third parties
Changes to their policies or service availability
Errors outside of our control

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
Any disputes will be handled within Michigan jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
