Shipping Policy

Every item is made-to-order, which allows us to offer unique products while reducing waste.

All items are custom-produced through our fulfillment partners.

Standard production time is 2 to 7 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, production may take longer.

Average delivery time once shipped is 3 to 10 business days depending on destination, carrier volume, and location.

Please note that shipping time begins after production is completed.

Items may ship separately if your order contains different product types, colors, designs, or fulfillment partners.

You will receive separate tracking numbers when applicable.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the number of items and delivery address.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs will apply for re-delivery.

Orders cannot be refunded for address input errors.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Everyday Ascend Clothing Company is not liable for:

If a package is late or missing, we will assist in tracking and filing a claim with the carrier when possible.

Orders may be changed or canceled only before production has started.

Once production begins, we are unable to modify, cancel, or refund the order.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

International shipping may be added in the future.
