Everyday Ascend Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Everyday Ascend. Every item is made to order through our trusted production partners to ensure quality and consistency. This page explains how processing, shipping, and delivery timelines work so you know exactly what to expect.
Order Processing and Production Time
Production time for most items is 2 to 7 business days. This timeline does not include weekends or holidays.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, production may take longer.
You will receive email updates as your order moves through each stage.
Shipping Time
Most Everyday Ascend products are custom printed on demand and typically ship within 5 to 12 business days after production has been completed. Many orders ship sooner.
Shipping time begins once production is finished.
Estimated total time from order to delivery is usually 7 to 12 business days.
This combined estimate is required for accurate checkout expectations and Klarna compliance.
Shipping Costs
Everyday Ascend uses simple flat shipping rates for all United States orders.
• Standard Shipping is $7.99 on orders below $75
• Orders $75 and up ship free
Your exact shipping cost will always appear at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in more than one package when it includes:
• Different product types
• Different colors or designs
• Items fulfilled from different production facilities
If this happens, separate tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. Some carriers need time to scan the package into their system.
Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will be required to reship the order.
Orders cannot be refunded due to address entry errors.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Everyday Ascend is not liable for:
• Packages marked delivered but not received
• Shipping delays caused by weather or carrier operations
• Packages lost due to incorrect address entry
We will help track and file carrier claims when possible.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled only before production begins.
Once production has started, the order cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping may be added in the future.
