This FAQ covers the most common questions about fulfillment times, sizing, shipping, returns, and community programs at Everyday Ascend.

How long does fulfillment and shipping take?

All products are made to order through our production partners.

Typical timelines include:

Production time is usually 2 to 7 business days
Shipping time is usually 7 to 14 business days depending on destination and carrier
Many orders arrive sooner than the estimated ranges

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Where are products shipped from?

We work with multiple professional fulfillment partners across the country.
Your items may ship from different locations depending on product type, availability, and customer location.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Different items may be produced in different facilities.
This can result in separate shipments with separate tracking numbers.
This is normal for made to order production.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled before production begins.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

If you need an update, contact us immediately and we will check if changes are still possible.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Because every item is custom printed when ordered, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Wrong size ordered
Buyer’s remorse
Change of preference
Shipping delays
Minor color variations between mockups and printed items

Please review size charts carefully before purchasing.

What if my item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.

To file a claim, please contact us within seven days of delivery and include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Claims submitted after thirty days may not be eligible.

What if my tracking says delivered, but I did not receive the package?

If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check:

Neighbors or nearby units
Parcel lockers or mail rooms
Your local post office or carrier office

Since carriers mark delivered packages as complete, we cannot refund or replace orders in these cases.
You may file a claim with the carrier directly, and we will assist when possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet.
We plan to offer international shipping in the future.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only provided for verified damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items reported within the required claim window.
Refunds are not provided for size issues or shipping delays.
