Return and Replacement Policy

Our goal is to deliver high quality products that represent the Everyday Ascend mission and mindset. If something goes wrong, this policy explains how returns and replacements work.
Even though there is legal language below, if there is an issue, please contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right. Policies keep things organized, but people make things fair.
All Sales Are Final
(Non Klarna purchases)
Since every item is made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Wrong size ordered

Wrong color, style, or design selected

Changing your mind after purchasing

Delivery delays caused by carriers or weather

Minor color variations between digital mockups and printed results
Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
To approve a replacement, please include:

Tracking, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are:

Marked delivered but not received
-
Lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout

Delayed due to postal or carrier issues
When possible, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an order has been sent to production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Future Size and Fit Guarantee
We may introduce an Ascend Protection add-on in the future that allows size exchange support. When available, details will be added to this page.
Klarna Purchases Return Policy
This section applies only to orders paid using Klarna.
For Klarna purchases, customers receive additional return rights:

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund

Items must be unopened and unused for sanitary reasons

Klarna purchases are not eligible for exchanges, store credit, or partial refunds

Refunds are sent only to the original Klarna payment method

No restocking fees apply

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

Klarna cannot be used to purchase gift cards

Approved Klarna returns include free return shipping.

This is our registered business address used for legal and administrative purposes.
Your specific return may need to be shipped back to a fulfillment partner, so please do not mail anything back without approval.
