Terms and Conditions**

Thank you for your interest in joining the Everyday Ascend Affiliate Program. The goal of this program is to reward partners who believe in the message of Everyday Ascend and want to help share it with others. By signing up, you agree to the following terms.

1. Enrollment

Every application is reviewed for accuracy and alignment with the Everyday Ascend brand. We may approve or decline applications at our discretion. Affiliates must be at least eighteen years old and located in the United States.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to represent the brand honestly and respectfully. Content must reflect the values of Everyday Ascend and cannot be misleading. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining their GoAffPro account information including PayPal details and tax information.

Affiliates may use their personal discount code publicly. Affiliates may also run paid ads that include the Everyday Ascend brand name as long as the content is respectful and the ads do not suggest that Everyday Ascend is directly sponsoring the ad.

The following activities are not allowed

Promoting on coupon or code aggregator sites.
Promoting on adult or unsafe content sites.
Sending SMS or email blasts that claim affiliation with Everyday Ascend.
Sending traffic from outside the United States.
Any form of spam, false claims, or artificial traffic generation.

Any violation of these rules may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a five percent commission on eligible orders that are tracked through the affiliate link or unique discount code. Commissions are approved once the order refund window has passed.

Certain orders may be excluded including fraudulent orders, canceled orders, test orders, and orders with chargebacks.

4. Payouts

Payouts are available through PayPal or store credit. A minimum earnings threshold of fifty dollars is required to receive a payout.

Payouts are issued once a month on the 28th. If an affiliate has not reached the fifty dollar threshold, they may choose one of the following

Allow the balance to roll over into the next month.
Request that the balance be converted into store credit.

If no option is selected by the affiliate, the balance will automatically roll over.

5. Use of Brand Assets

Affiliates may use approved images, logos, and product visuals provided inside the GoAffPro dashboard or shared directly by Everyday Ascend. Brand assets cannot be altered or used in a way that misrepresents the company.

Affiliates must not present themselves as employees, managers, or owners of Everyday Ascend.

6. Term and Termination

Affiliates may leave the program at any time by emailing support@everydayascend.com. Everyday Ascend may remove an affiliate at any time if we believe the affiliate has violated these terms or harmed the brand.

Any unpaid commissions connected to fraudulent or policy violating activity will be canceled.

7. Limitation of Liability

Everyday Ascend is not responsible for technical issues that prevent tracking or payout. While we work to maintain accurate tracking, no system is perfect. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
