Everyday Ascend didn’t start as a clothing brand. It started as a moment in my life when I finally realized something had to change. For years, I lived in a body that felt heavy physically and mentally. I carried extra weight, yes, but I also carried the shame, the frustration, and the fear that comes with believing you might never get your life back.
At my heaviest, I reached 588 pounds. I hid from cameras, avoided mirrors, and pushed away the parts of myself that still believed I could rise. But something inside me refused to stay quiet. I’m a husband, a father, a friend, and someone who always wanted to live with purpose. Deep down, I knew there was more for me, and I finally made the decision to fight for it.
My weight loss journey hasn’t been simple. I’ve dealt with setbacks, regain, doubt, and days where just getting out of bed felt like a battle. But every step, every win, every moment of honesty has taught me something powerful. Real change isn’t about perfection. It’s about commitment. It’s about showing up. It’s about getting 1% better, even when you feel like you have nothing left.
That’s where the idea for Everyday Ascend was born. I wanted to build something that reminded people of that truth. Something that said, “You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep rising.” The brand isn’t about clothing. It’s about identity. It’s about mindset. It’s about proving to yourself that you are capable of far more than you give yourself credit for.
Every design carries that message.
Every word in this brand means something.
Every item you put on should remind you that progress is possible, even when life feels heavy.
I’m still on my journey. I’m still learning, still growing, still rising. I’m sharing my story because someone out there is stuck where I once was. And if that person sees this and chooses to take one small step toward a better life, then everything I’ve been through has meaning.
This brand is for the dreamers, the grinders, the quiet fighters, and the people who refuse to quit. It’s for the ones who want more out of life and are willing to put in the work. Everyday Ascend is my personal reminder to never stop rising, and my hope is that it becomes yours too.
