Our goal is to deliver high-quality products that represent the Everyday Ascend mission and mindset. Because every item is custom printed to order, we do not hold inventory or resell returned items, which means we cannot accept general returns, size exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse.
However, if there is any issue related to damage, misprint, or product quality, we will absolutely make it right with a free replacement or refund when eligible.
All Sales Are Final
Since all items are made-to-order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

Choosing the wrong size

Ordering the wrong color, style, or design

Changing your mind after ordering

Delayed delivery caused by carrier or weather

Minor color differences due to screen display variations
Please review size charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Tracking, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are:

Marked delivered but not received
-
Lost due to incorrect delivery address

Delayed due to postal or carrier issues
We will assist in filing a carrier claim when possible.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
Once the order is sent to production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Size & Fit Guarantee (Optional Add-On Later)
We may introduce an Ascend Protection add-on in the future that allows size-exchange support.
