How long does fulfillment and shipping take?
All products are made-to-order through our production partners.
Typical timelines:
• Production: 2 to 7 business days (may vary during holidays or high volume periods)
• Shipping: 3 to 10 business days depending on location and carrier

We work with multiple professional fulfillment partners. Items may ship from different locations depending on availability, product type, or destination.

Why does my order sometimes arrive in separate packages?
Different items may be produced or shipped from different fulfillment partners. This can cause separate deliveries and tracking numbers.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations can only be made before production begins. Once an order goes into production, it cannot be changed, canceled, refunded, or edited.
If you need to update something, contact us immediately and we will check if changes are still possible.

What is your return and exchange policy?
Because every item is custom printed when ordered, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
• Wrong size ordered
• Buyer’s remorse
• Change of preference
• Delays caused by carriers
• Minor color variations (mockups vs final print)

What if my item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect?
If there is an issue caused by production or printing — such as misprint, damage, defect, or wrong item — we will replace it at no cost.
To file a claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
1. Order number
2. Clear photos of the issue
3. Photos of packaging and label
Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible.

What if my tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
If tracking shows Delivered but the package is missing, please check:
• Neighbors or nearby units
• Mail room, office, or parcel locker
• Your local post office
Since carriers mark delivered packages as complete, we cannot refund or replace orders in this situation. You may file a claim directly with the carrier and we will assist where possible.
